From Broome to Fremantle

After a successful 25-year run as the owner and operator of a renowned landscaping company in Broome, WA, Andrew Black and his family made the decision to relocate to the vibrant coastal city of Fremantle in 2021.

Andrew's landscaping company ABL had carved a niche for itself in Broome, catering to a diverse clientele which included the Broome International Airport, resorts, builders, developers, government agencies, and countless satisfied homeowners.

Throughout his tenure in Broome, Andrew's company had become synonymous with excellence and reliability. Handling a wide range of projects, from creating stunning garden designs for high-end hotels to transforming simple residential properties into veritable oases, Andrew and his skilled team had set the industry standard for landscaping in the region.

There were many crown jewels in Andrew’s portfolio including Cable Beach Club pool area redevelopment, Kimberley Sands Resort redevelopments and the Broome International Airport. His team had meticulously crafted a visually captivating landscape that created a welcoming atmosphere for both tourists and locals alike. Builders and developers sought out Andrew's expertise to enhance their commercial and residential projects, relying on his impeccable eye for detail and ability to get the job done, on time and in budget.

However, change was in the air for Andrew and his family. Drawn by the allure of Fremantle picturesque coastal living, they decided to embark on a new chapter in their lives. Whilst Andrew is now enjoying this new phase in his life, he is also keen to share his love and knowledge of gardening and irrigation with the people of Fremantle and beyond.
